On December 19, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow arrived at the planned site for the construction of a new complex of buildings of the Automobile Sports Complex of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the early hours of the winter morning. As is known, in August of this year, the National Leader noted that the Automobile Sports Complex of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, along with the creation of similar facilities around it, several buildings belonging to the Police Traffic Control Service, residential houses for military and law enforcement officers and employees, a center intended for holding cultural and mass events is operating here, and urban development work is ongoing. He recommended comprehensively studying the issues related to relocating the Sports Center building complex from here and building it on a new site. Also, on that day, our Hero Arkadag said that it is not advisable to build motor sports facilities and production complexes near residential areas, that loud cars moving at high speed during races can disturb the peace of citizens, and that, given the increasing number of young people interested in this area, he put forward a proposal to relocate the center. This initiative, which focuses on human welfare, received great support. In this regard, at a recent meeting of the State Security Council, the Minister of Internal Affairs addressed the Honorable President with a request to carry out the appropriate work on the relocation of the Motor Sports Complex. The Head of State instructed to take a responsible approach to the implementation of work in this regard at the highest level. On this basis, our Heroic Arkadag said that he had come here to get acquainted with the fulfillment of the given instructions and the specifics of the territory where the complex will be located, and to give valuable advice on this. Drawings of the locations of the buildings of the complex and projects related to the characteristics of the facilities, equipment, and decoration were presented here. The total area of ​​the site where the automobile sports complex will be built is 71 hectares, located more than 40 kilometers north of the capital. Noting that the selected area for the construction of the complex is convenient, the National Leader gave several recommendations on the projects presented here. Three sets of projects are proposed for the architectural features of the structures of the new complex. As shown in the project, the center consists of two parts, in which all the necessary opportunities are provided for conducting motor sports training, preparing sports vehicles for competitions, conducting training sessions with athletes, and organizing international competitions. Also, the image of the Akhal-Teke horse was chosen as the emblem of one of the buildings of the complex, and the image of the Alabai was chosen for the other. The national leader emphasized the importance of developing motor sports in our country, and said that the issues related to the continuous strengthening of its material and technical base, improving the skills of athletes engaged in this field, and their participation in international competitions are constantly in the center of attention of the state. This opens up a wide path for Turkmen athletes to participate in international competitions and achieve high results. Khydyrov, who has accumulated experience in testing sports vehicles and assessing their technical capabilities, asked the National Leader to test drive a new sports vehicle. As the Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan noted, before starting to drive a vehicle, it is necessary to carry out the necessary technical preparation, including determining the road and weather conditions, and taking into account the technical characteristics of the vehicle - these are the main requirements for athletes involved in motor sports. Our esteemed friend tested the technical capabilities of the sports car by driving it. The sports car, under the leadership of the National Leader, passed complex stages along desert roads. These days, the beauty of the Karakum desert has a unique charm. The combination of pure sands with the flora of the desert and the cool winter air ensure a high ecological level in these places. This speaks volumes about the generosity of every corner of the Turkmen land, including its magnificent expanses of desert. In recent years, large-scale work on the development of motor sports is aimed at ensuring that the population, primarily young people, grow up strong in body and healthy in spirit. Also, given the growing interest in golf courses among young people in recent years, he gave advice on conducting preparatory work on the construction of a golf course in the Avaza National Tourist Zone, as well as the one in the capital. This is very important for the continuous strengthening of healthy lifestyles in our country. As the National Leader noted, taking into account the natural features of this region is an important requirement. For this purpose, it is planned to plant 8 million 320 thousand hectares of saxaul and other desert plants in the Karakum Desert.
