"Daryayollary" provides public transport services in the open joint-stock company between 813 km from the Amu Darya River and about 200 km from the Karakumdarya River. Among them, Turkmenabat-Kerki, Zahmet-Zeyid carry construction materials and attract sand workers. He is also involved in the transportation of important cargo belonging to the oil and gas, transport and communications, agriculture sectors of Turkmenistan.

On June 1, 2021, by the decision of the President of Turkmenistan, the "Deryayollary" Production Association became a Deryayollary Open Joint Stock Company.
