Today, on August 22, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov met with the president and chief engineer of Pakistan's "Frontier Works Organization" Kashif Nazir. According to the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, during the talks, the parties noted with satisfaction the traditional friendly character of Turkmen-Pakistani relations. The parties also discussed the possibilities of establishing cooperation in areas such as urban development, improvement of road and transport infrastructure and construction of irrigation systems. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the future of cooperation, taking into account the successful long-term experience of the "Frontier Works Organization" company in the implementation of large-scale projects planned in Turkmenistan.
