Turkmenistan is discussing cooperation with the UAE's largest medical company, Burjeel Holdings. On August 1, Turkmenistan's Ambassador to the UAE, Serdarmammet Garajaev, met with Burjeel Holdings' International Business Development Manager, Asif Asgarov, the press service of the Turkmen diplomatic mission in the UAE reported. The parties considered prospects for cooperation in the healthcare sector. During the meeting, a wide range of opportunities for joint work was discussed, including the development of medical tourism, the introduction of innovative methods of treatment and patient care, as well as the organization of exchange programs to improve the qualifications of doctors. The key point of the negotiations was the establishment of direct ties between the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan and Burjeel Holdings. This could be an important step in the development of a long-term partnership. Mutual interest in implementing joint projects was expressed. The meeting participants emphasized the importance of strengthening partnerships to stimulate innovation and development in the healthcare sector.
