As we reported earlier, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov made a working visit to Dashoguz Velayat and took part in the commissioning ceremony of the new overhead power transmission on the Balkan-Daşoguz route and 500 kilovolt power stations, built within the framework of the project of creating a single ring energy system in the country. This important event of the year "Ocean of Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy" opened a new page in the history of the development of the electric power industry of the country, which is important in increasing the power of the national economy, in the successful implementation of state programs of the Revival of the new era of the stable state. Foreign guests were addressed at the opening ceremony. They presented to the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan the international certificates confirming the high quality of the equipment and the work carried out in the construction of the integrated ring power system. Dr. Harald Apel, chief consultant of the Fraunhofer Institute for Energy Economics and Energy Systems Technology of the Federal Republic of Germany, presented a certificate confirming the high quality of the equipment used in the construction of the ring power system. Bernd Reinhold Rosine, a senior lecturer at the State University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany, proudly presented a certificate confirming the engineering sustainability and high efficiency of the ring power system. Mrs. Yulia Otta, regional director of the German Institute "DEKRA", said that the good news about the creation of a ring energy system in independent Turkmenistan has aroused great interest in this research institute of Germany. Being a member of the "DEKRA" Energy Charter, it pays special attention to the quality of technologies used in energy facilities being built around the world. Yulia Otto presented a certificate confirming the high technology and safety of the stations built in the ring energy system.
