Today, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serdar Berdimuhamedov left on a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan to participate in the sixth consultative meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia, as well as the first summit of the "Central Asia-Japan" dialogue. Officials welcomed the Turkmen leader at Ashgabat International Airport. Consistently implementing a foreign policy based on the principles of positive neutrality and peace-loving, our country advocates for the development of multilateral and effective cooperation at the regional and global levels. In this regard, the traditional relations with the Central Asian states are of a classical nature. The peoples of these countries and the Turkmen people are united by common cultural and spiritual values, friendship and good neighborly relations formed throughout history.
